 Yioula was so helpful, especially with pre planning which is so important. She has a great sense of design and is able to communicate with you and discuss what it is you need. Best part of the renovation was that I stayed within my budget. When there were unexpected plumbing expenses and I had to cut cost elsewhere, she was patiently going over the material cost with me pre construction. Had it not been for Yioula coming up with solutions, I would have been really nervous throughout the whole process. Also, I highly recommend her cabinet makers, great quality and craftsmanship. 

 I was scared to undertake my first renovation, having heard how difficult it was to do work in NYC and to find a reliable contractor. I consider Yioula a true blessing!!! Words can’t describe my gratitude for her and her team, who are phenomenal craftsman that clearly take pride in their work. Yioula is amazing to work with: incredibly responsive and communicative, fantastic suggestions and advice on design, and incredibly reliable, attentive to detail, and neat. I’m not one to build trust easily but Yioula has all of mine. Based on the massive success of the bathroom project, I’m already discussing next projects with her. To whomever is reading; if you need a sign about which contractor to pick, take it from this renovation-shy perfectionist—she’s the one to choose. 

 She has worked on a number of projects for me. I run an independent real estate brokerage. She also designed my office out of which I work and she is truly wonderful. She did everything she could to keep me on budget with my office renovation. She is so great with the work she does. She’s helped me out a number of times with clients to help spruce up their space and get it ready to sell. 

 I can't recommend Yioula and her team enough. Our new kitchen is everything we wanted it to be. The build is impeccable—down to the small details. We've been using it for more than a month now, and I haven't found anything that I wish was done differently. Yioula was also great to work with. She was always quick to respond and made me feel very at ease (even when I was stressed) with her recommendations and project management. The work started on time, and if not for my wife and me taking too long to decide on the cabinet pulls, the kitchen would have been fully completed on time. We would happily use Yioula again for any future projects! 

 She did our basic kitchen remodel, which included changing the all plumbing, sink, counters & bar. It was actually a miracle how fast the project went. She came in, took measurements, and gave us suggestions on what we could do -- that same day, we decided we were going to go with her. She came in the next day and they were done in 2 full days. The speed at which they did it was phenomenal. Yiola and I remain very close -- she’s such an amazing person. She is there for you 24/7 and will stay up late in order to get things done or to fix any issues. I couldn’t recommend her more!
